Submit your film to the 8th KaraFilm Festival, to be held in January, 2010. Rules and guidelines for submission can be found below. All submissions must reach the Festival offices before the September 15, 2009 deadline to be eligible for the competition. Entry forms are available in 3 different formats, including an interactive form that can be filled out electronically.
